A writer whose work crosses continents, cultures, and mediums. Born in the US, raised in Africa, and previously based in Europe, I'm now in my fifth year of living nomadically, a rhythm that continues to shape my perspective and practice.
After graduating from NYU Tisch, I worked as a travel videographer and later led Lights Film School, through which I mentored thousands of filmmakers worldwide. My screenplays and teleplays, developed on commission and on spec, have been recognized by The Black List and its Staffing Book, Austin Film Festival, and others. Today, I run THE LIGHTHOUSE, a publication read by 15,000+ subscribers in 140+ countries.
Through my writing, I invite audiences into deeper, more courageous ways of seeing, creating, and living their own stories.
